About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher/Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Food Hall, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and stored. Your efforts will contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for both our team and our guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Sweep, mop, and clean floors in the dish area, dining area, and restrooms.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
