As a TL of Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for communicating, training, and educating on security and loss prevention programs and strategies. You will ensure open and honest communication to prevent team members, donors, or customers from being placed in harm's way. This role involves supporting Goodwill's drug-free workplace, maintaining a positive work environment, and upholding Goodwill's Core Values and Guiding Principles. You will understand and represent Goodwill's zero tolerance for harassment, substance abuse, workplace violence, failure to report medical incidents, and theft. The position supports the assessment, creation, and training of loss prevention and asset protection strategies to determine effectiveness and implement necessary changes. Additionally, you will investigate disturbances, assist with facility physical security systems, manage key and alarm control access, and monitor facilities using video surveillance. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open cases, utilize the Loss Prevention Support Helpdesk system, monitor Digital Video Recording, and respond to critical incidents and emergency response situations. Training responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction during training delivery, partnering in new hire orientation and safety training, providing feedback and coaching, and assisting in the development of Loss Prevention training content.
