About The Position

Kwik Trip’s Loss Prevention Department is seeking a Loss Prevention Security Systems Coordinator. This role ensures the proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of video surveillance systems to enhance safety and security at retail locations. The coordinator also ensures these systems operate effectively to detect, deter, and record activities for safety, crime prevention, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with video surveillance systems, IP cameras, routers, switches, and/or network protocols.
• Knowledge of IP cameras, routers, switches, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with video management software and camera updates.
• Understanding of analog and IP-based video surveillance systems.
• Ability to set up, program, and troubleshoot video surveillance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain video surveillance systems at retail locations.
• Support field technicians with service and installation.
• Document service and installation of video surveillance systems.
• Provide client support and training.
• Access and retrieve recorded video for investigations or legal purposes.
