The Loss Prevention & Recovery Collector is responsible for contacting charged-off accounts to attempt recovery, place accounts with the external collections vendor, send collection letters if needed, contact potential charge-off accounts to obtain collection in order to prevent charge-off, work and resolve assigned client disputes, prepare various charge-off and recovery management reports, answer and if time permits performs the duties of a Collector. Responsibilities
- Contacting charged-off accounts to attempt recovery
- Placing accounts with the external collections vendor
- Sending collection letters if needed
- Contacting potential charge-off accounts to obtain collection in order to prevent charge-off

- Preparing various charge-off and recovery management reports
