  • Charged-off accounts recovery
  • External collections vendor management
  • Collection letter generation
  • Client dispute resolution
  • Charge-off and recovery management reporting
  • Collector duties

Responsibilities

  • Contacting charged-off accounts to attempt recovery
  • Place accounts with the external collections vendor
  • Send collection letters if needed
  • Contact potential charge-off accounts to obtain collection in order to prevent charge-off
  • Work and resolve assigned client disputes
  • Prepare various charge-off and recovery management reports
  • Answer and if time permits performs the duties of a Collector
