About The Position
The Fairview Park City Schools has an opening for a Long-Term High School Intervention Specialist Substitute.
Requirements
- Valid ODE Teacher Certification/Licensure - Intervention Specialist K-12, Mild to Moderate and/or Moderate to Severe
Responsibilities
- Develop creative/innovative intervention strategies to remediate student needs
- Collaborate and support to maintain consistency with student interventions
- Provide instruction as indicated by individual student IEP (Individual Education Program)
- Able to use current technology, including computers
- Knowledge of the ODE Standards and Model Courses of Study
- Provide a safe environment for students which is conducive to learning
- Keep necessary records and make reports as required by Principal, Superintendent, Board of Education and State Department of Education
- Contribute to curriculum building and program improvement in content, methods, and materials
