About The Position

Pinnacles Prep is seeking a Long Term Substitute High School Science Teacher for the period of November 24th to December 18th. The role involves daily instruction in AP Environmental Science, Health & Fitness, Engineering and Robotics, and Scholar Advisory Council. The substitute teacher will embody the mission and vision of the school and will teach, re-teach, and enforce school-wide systems, routines, and procedures. Pinnacles Prep is committed to cultivating curious, confident, and self-directed students who will become leaders in their communities.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• WA State Sub Certification or the ability to get emergency certification through OSPI
• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate
• Cleared fingerprints from Washington State Patrol and the FBI on file with OSPI.

Responsibilities

• Daily Instruction of students from November 24-December 18th
• Specifically, AP Environmental Science, Health & Fitness, Engineering and Robotics, and Scholar Advisory Council.
