About The Position

This role is within a long-term care facility located in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include: Performing patient assessments and treatments, Administering medications, Notifying the physician or nurse practitioner of pertinent patient information, Assisting with patient admissions and discharges, Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), Administering specialized care, including: Gastrostomy tube care, Urinary catheter care, Nebulized treatments, Wound vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy care, Performing other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role
• Active General Certifications (BLS/BCLS) required
• A valid Hawaii License is required by the start of the assignment
