About The Position
MedCap Health is seeking a Long Term Care Doctor - Post-Acute Care Physician to lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities and manage complex cases of patients discharged early from hospitals. The physician will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting, supporting continuity, quality, and compassionate patient care. The role offers a flexible schedule, which may be full-time, part-time, or customized hours. This is a contract position with stated pay of $250,000–$500,000 per year. Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
