About The Position
MedCap Health is seeking a physician to provide post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities. The physician will lead care teams managing complex cases for patients discharged early from hospitals and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting. The role focuses on continuity, quality, and compassionate patient care. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time, part-time, or customized hours available.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in leadership positions or as a hospitalist is strongly preferred.
