About The Position

This role provides comprehensive logistics support for Stan/Eval operations. Key functions include supply chain management, inventory control, and documentation in accordance with Air Force and contract requirements. The position involves tracking and managing equipment, spares, and consumables to ensure operational readiness and compliance. It also supports the scheduling and execution of inspections, audits, and evaluations, ensuring all assets are accounted for and serviceable. Collaboration with maintenance, operations, and training teams is crucial for maintaining compliance with standards, technical orders, and directives. The role requires preparing and maintaining documentation for logistics processes, compliance records, and audit trails, as well as assisting with the management and distribution of technical orders, manuals, and regulatory guidance. Support for implementing corrective actions and process improvements based on evaluation findings is also a key responsibility. The position facilitates the movement, accountability, and serviceability of assets, including ground support equipment and mission-critical supplies, and provides timely and accurate reporting to squadron leadership on logistics status, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics support, preferably in a military or government aviation environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• US Citizenship required.
• Master’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, OR 12 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Master’s, OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.

• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and training teams to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, technical orders, and directives.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for logistics processes, compliance records, and audit trails.
• Assist with the management and distribution of technical orders, manuals, and regulatory guidance.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements based on evaluation findings.
• Facilitate the movement, accountability, and serviceability of assets, including ground support equipment and mission-critical supplies.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to squadron leadership on logistics status, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
