About The Position

Amentum is hiring a Logistics Supply Supervisor to oversee Equipment Accountability Element (EAE), Maintenance Support (MX), centralized and decentralized material storage, inventory, inspection, and inbound and outbound shipment functions at Creech Air Force Base. The role supervises and performs supply accounting, inventory control, financial planning, funds control, requirements research, property storage and distribution, inspections, and receipt and issue operations. It supports maintenance activities, coordinates repairable-component actions and customer deliveries, manages bench stock and controlled property, and helps maintain the safety, security, and condition of facilities and assets. The supervisor directs extensive Air Force supply and equipment-accountability processes, training, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and customer visits. Shipment duties include proper packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping; reusable-container monitoring; hazardous cargo requirements; crate building to NSN specifications; and coordination of potential Air Force aircraft shipments. The position requires escorting commercial delivery trucks to and from the main gate for approximately 15% of each workday and coordinating same-day classified shipments because there is no certified classified storage area. The role requires working knowledge of ILS-S, ELMS, and APSR processes, Air Force supply procedures and technical manuals, and shipping and hazardous-material requirements. The employee must obtain and maintain a security clearance and hold a valid state-issued driver’s license. The position involves operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, including forklifts with capacity up to 10,000 pounds, and performing physically active warehouse work. Compensation is listed at $81,400–$100,000. The posting describes the position as at Creech Air Force Base but does not specify whether it is onsite, hybrid, or remote.
