About The Position

IML Labels, a North American printing company specializing in In-Mold Labeling (IML), is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations at its Aurora, Illinois facility. The role supervises daily logistics activities and warehouse employees, coordinates shipments and material availability, maintains accurate records, and supports safety, audits, and continuous improvement. Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or packaging industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Lead, train, and coordinate warehouse and logistics employees.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movements, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate material availability with Production and Purchasing.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and forklift operations.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in the ERP system.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support internal audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
