About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active role involving warehouse work and local customer deliveries. Responsibilities include handling tires and orders, operating warehouse equipment and vehicles safely, maintaining equipment, supporting inventory organization, and providing customer service. The role involves working in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions, staying active throughout the shift, and potentially working some Saturdays. OSHA certification training for order pickers and forklifts is provided.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
• Meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment and safety-restraint compatibility requirements; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires in the warehouse.
• Deliver products to customers on local routes.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and keep equipment clean.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse organization.
• Safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.
