About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group is hiring a full-time Warehouse/Delivery Associate at its Slumberland location in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. The role assists with customer deliveries and safe operation of the delivery truck, including daily inspections and tracking fluids and mileage. It also involves moving materials from receiving areas to designated locations, including the showroom, using proper handling practices and manual lifts or power equipment safely. The associate helps maintain the building and grounds and contributes to the showroom and warehouse displays and to exceptional customer service during deliveries. The position reports directly to the Grand Rapids Slumberland Manager.

Requirements

Valid and insurable driver's license; the position requires driving store trucks.
Pre-employment drug testing, including cannabis.
Ability to frequently lift and move 75+ pounds.
Must be approved for a DOT Medical Card to operate store trucks.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
