About The Position

Hardig Industrial Services (HIS), a specialty resinous flooring and concrete polishing contractor located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support field projects. The role transports equipment, tools, and supplies to and from job sites in non-CDL vehicles and handles warehouse and job-site setup, inventory organization, receiving, and preparation of materials. The position may also assist the shop mechanic when needed.

The company describes candidates as team players who can work independently, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy. Pay is $40,000–$55,000 annual income plus benefits.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age to drive company vehicles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience operating box trucks.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–100 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player who can work independently, and is punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of power tools or construction equipment.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Experience pulling trailers.
• Job-site delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment, tools, and supplies to and from job sites in non-CDL vehicles.
• Load, unload, and set up equipment and supplies at job sites and in the warehouse.
• Handle, organize, and track equipment and supplies.
• Receive and verify incoming product.
• Pull and prepare equipment and supplies for job needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Assist the shop mechanic when needed.
