About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active warehouse and delivery role at TireHub. The position involves handling tires and warehouse orders, delivering products to customers on local routes, completing basic vehicle checks, maintaining equipment, and providing customer service. The role requires activity throughout the shift and work in a warehouse and outdoors in different weather conditions. Equipment operation may include order pickers and forklifts; OSHA certification training is provided. Scheduling is flexible and may include some Saturdays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Meet applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet equipment and safety-restraint compatibility specifications; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and required certifications throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Load and unload tires in the warehouse.
Deliver products to customers on local routes.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
Perform basic vehicle checks and keep equipment clean.
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
Assist with inventory and warehouse organization.
Safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.
