Logistics Specialist - Sales Liaison
About The Position
Priority1 is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide operational support to its nationwide sales team, with a focus on Truckload logistics. The role is responsible for accurately quoting Truckload opportunities, building loads, and communicating shipment updates. The specialist works with Sales and customers, helps solve problems and close opportunities, and educates sales teams on quoting and winning Truckload business. The role requires multitasking, prioritizing a daily workload, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Training includes shadowing the Truckload Manager for several weeks and hands-on training with observation until the candidate is confident working independently. Other Truckload Logistics Specialists are available to answer questions. The listed salary is $40,000, based on experience, plus commissions. The position is described as at-will.
