About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active role combining warehouse work and local deliveries. The associate loads and unloads tires, picks, packs, and stages orders, delivers products to customers, performs basic vehicle checks, keeps equipment clean, provides customer service, and assists with inventory and warehouse organization. The role involves working in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather, operating equipment including order pickers and forklifts, and following safety rules and applicable regulations. OSHA certification training for equipment operation is provided. The position is based in Houston, Texas, pays starting at $20.50 per hour with a $2.00 increase in the first year, and offers weekly pay and a day shift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
• Meet applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to ensure compatibility with equipment and safety restraints; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable law.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.
• Pre-employment and ongoing drug screening may be required as a condition of employment.
