The second fab will utilize its leading-edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our daily shipping and receiving operations. In this entry-level role, you will track shipments, prepare essential documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure goods arrive on time and in compliance with trade regulations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Logistics Inventory Systems or equivalent enterprise software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to think critically, analyze data quickly/accurately, and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads, manage concurrent tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities; able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data flow automation, machine learning, or AI-driven supply chain projects.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor equipment and materials supply chain.
  • High learning agility with a proven ability to translate innovative technical ideas into practice.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily inbound/outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery; update real-time tracking systems and databases.
  • Coordinate daily shipping activities, communicating effectively across internal engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare, verify, and organize physical and digital customs and transportation documents for compliance auditing.
  • Maintain daily data exchanges with freight forwarders and carriers to assist in preparing weekly performance reviews.
  • Resolve transit delays and cargo exceptions by gathering shipping data and implementing prompt solutions.
  • Process and validate basic logistics invoices, billing data, and payment transactions within financial systems.
  • Gather logistics performance data and update KPI dashboards to track carrier and vendor efficiency.
  • Maintain structured digital databases and physical filing systems for shipping records and customs entries.
  • Support inventory tracking workflows, reconciling physical warehouse stock with digital system records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure shipments are systematically packed, labeled, and dispatched on schedule.
  • Assist with testing and implementing new digital logistics tools and software to improve operational workflows.
