About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active role involving warehouse work and local customer deliveries. The position starts at $20.50 per hour, with a $2.00 increase during the first year. Pay is weekly, and the job is full-time on a day shift with a consistent schedule. Work includes loading and unloading tires, preparing orders, delivering products, conducting basic vehicle checks, keeping equipment clean, assisting with inventory and warehouse organization, and providing customer service. The role requires remaining active throughout the shift and working in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather. Scheduling is flexible and may include some Saturdays. Equipment and vehicle operation must follow applicable regulations and safety policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
• Meet applicable federal and state vehicle-operation requirements, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height for compatibility with equipment and safety restraints; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires in the warehouse.
• Deliver products to customers on local routes.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and keep equipment clean.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse organization.
• Follow safety rules, company policies, and applicable regulations when operating equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.
