About The Position

Our Logistics Specialists play a critical role in keeping shipments moving with precision, speed, and accountability. This is a role for someone who thrives in the details, communicates clearly, and takes ownership from pickup to delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in transportation/logistics, with LTL exposure preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
• Clear, professional communication across phone, email, and internal platforms
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from quote to delivery, ensuring every load is covered with the right carrier, equipment, and service level
• Build and deliver competitive rate quotes aligned with customer needs and company objectives
• Enter and manage shipment data in our TMS with accuracy and speed
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including pre-claim materials
• Track and trace shipments, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues before they escalate
• Partner with internal teams and customers to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
