About The Position

The Logistics Specialist is a hands-on, active role combining warehouse work and local product deliveries. The role involves loading and unloading tires, preparing orders, assisting with inventory and warehouse organization, and providing customer service on deliveries. Employees perform basic vehicle checks, keep equipment clean, and operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and forklifts. OSHA certification training is provided. Work takes place in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions, with flexible scheduling that may include some Saturdays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
Work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
Commit to following all safety rules and company policies.
Meet the stated equipment compatibility limits: no more than 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Load and unload tires in the warehouse.
Deliver products to customers on local routes.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.

Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
