Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities through proven lead generation strategies.
  • Initiate discovery calls with potential and existing customers to ensure business alignment with TMC service solutions.
  • Establish long-term partnerships built on integrity, competence and capability.
  • Communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate pricing solutions that meet customer needs which align with company profitability objectives.
  • Execute business opportunities, promptly address customer concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolutions which cultivate positive customer experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, industry disruptors, and regulatory changes to provide informed, educated customer solutions.
  • Accurately track sales goals, customer activity, and performance expectations utilizing existing, internal software platforms.
  • Proactively communicate with leadership all notable activities, successes, and challenges to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
