About The Position

Patriot Freight Group is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Account Executive to join their team in the Houston Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of your financial future by managing your own clients, with a clear path to drive performance and potentially earn up to $100,000 a year. You will have the autonomy of being a business owner within the business, directly managing and servicing your own clients with Patriot Freight Group's support. The position is part of a high-energy collaborative team culture with friendly competition. This role will help you develop high-level negotiation and resiliency skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience with references.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and grow a profitable book of business by prospecting, onboarding, and nurturing customer accounts.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold-calling, negotiate the best rates with customers and vendors, and close deals.
  • Manage operations, including scheduling and dispatch, and ensure loads are picked up, transported, and delivered punctually.
  • Manage accounts receivable to keep your book of business profitable and active.
  • Grow and maximize your book of business by strengthening relationships with customers and carriers.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission earning potential of 10% - 25%.
