  • Previous work experience with references.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and grow a profitable book of business by prospecting, onboarding, and nurturing customer accounts.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold-calling, negotiate the best rates with customers and vendors, and close deals.
  • Manage operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and daily check calls, to ensure loads are picked up, transported, and delivered punctually.
  • Manage accounts receivable to maintain the profitability and activity of the book of business.
  • Grow and maximize the book of business by strengthening relationships with customers and carriers.

Benefits
