About The Position

The logistics processor receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills, prepares, and ships customer orders according to quality and shipping standards; and uses inventory management systems to process and research shipments. The role also supports clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and provides general store support, such as preparing special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

• Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
