About The Position

The Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer orders. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The position may be seasonal or regular, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head to lift them.
• Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
