About The Position

TechTrans International provides language services and travel logistics. We are seeking an entry-level to early-career, on-site Logistics Operations Technical Documentation Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii for a contingent opportunity based on contract award. In this role, you will provide operational technical writing support for Task 4 operations and sustainment activities under the ILS2 Task Order. Working under supervision, you will assist in developing, revising, and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, sustainment guidance, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting materials required for ongoing facility and infrastructure operations. You will support coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation remains accurate and operationally relevant across both fixed and expeditionary environments.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of professional experience supporting technical writing, editing, records management, document control, reporting, configuration documentation, and knowledge management activities.
• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree preferred.
• High School Diploma / GED: 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree: 0–2 years of relevant experience
• BA/BS Degree: 0 years of experience
• MA/MS Degree: 0 years of experience
• Doctorate Degree: 0 years of experience
• Junior personnel typically assist senior staff and perform functional duties under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, revising, and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, sustainment guidance, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting materials.
• Support coordination efforts with engineering, maintenance, logistics, security, operational, and training personnel to keep documentation accurate.
• Assist with the development of operational guidance materials, continuity documentation, configuration support files, and maintenance-related technical content for fixed and expeditionary environments.
• Incorporate updates into technical materials resulting from system modifications, sustainment changes, procedural revisions, and operational lessons learned under senior guidance.
• Contribute to mission success by ensuring accurate, reliable, and technically sound documentation is processed to support operational readiness and continuity of operations throughout the project lifecycle.
