About The Position

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring field teams are adequately supplied and equipped to execute their operational responsibilities. This role involves close communication with various stakeholders, including Project Managers, Canvass Managers, and Campaign Managers, to anticipate and fulfill supply needs, troubleshoot issues, and align logistics with campaign strategies. The manager will also be responsible for tracking inventory, managing budget needs related to supplies, and reporting on field readiness.

Requirements

Experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Willingness to travel to field sites as needed

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact with Project Manager regarding their operational responsibilities, including uniform needs (field team shirts) and outreach materials (literature/lit)
Keep stakeholders informed of supply status, timelines, and any issues affecting field readiness
Communicate regularly with all Canvass Managers to identify team needs, including weather gear (ponchos for rainy days), literature counts and restocking needs, and clipboards, bags, and other field equipment
Track and anticipate supply needs across all canvassing teams to prevent shortages
Travel to field sites as needed to personally deliver supplies and ensure teams are equipped to work
Provide hands-on support wherever gaps arise — troubleshooting supply issues in real time
Monitor field conditions that may affect equipment needs (weather, location changes, team size shifts)
Work directly with Campaign Managers to align logistics planning with overall campaign strategy and timelines
Report on inventory status, budget needs, and field readiness
Flag risks to field operations caused by supply or logistics gaps
