About The Position

Join a Logistics leadership role responsible for warehouse, transportation and imports and exports operations across North America. You will manage third-party logistics partners, drive safety, quality, and operational performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable product distribution, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; APICS certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, and management of third-party logistics service providers.
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, hazardous materials handling, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Proven project management experience leading complex distribution, warehousing, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections.

  • APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse, transportation and imports and exports operations across North America, including distribution activities, raw material warehousing, and management of external warehouses in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage third-party warehouse, logistics, and transportation providers, ensuring operational performance, issue resolution, service level compliance, and KPI reporting.
  • Oversee inventory control, distribution deliveries, and customer satisfaction while coordinating outbound transportation activities.
  • Follow up the imports and exports orders to be delivered on time.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), security, and quality standards, including audit support, corrective actions, and incident management.
  • Lead facility management and continuous improvement initiatives, including contractor coordination, operational training, project management, and capital improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across supply chain, quality, product management, and logistics functions to support operational excellence and business objectives.
