About The Position

The Logistics Management Specialist (Senior) will lead integrated logistics across supply, maintenance, transportation, and distribution. This role involves building and maintaining logistics plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and readiness reports for leadership. The specialist will coordinate support across multiple units, advise the customer on resourcing and process improvements, and analyze equipment readiness and supply posture to identify and resolve shortfalls. Support for deployments, redeployments, and field exercises is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on logistics management experience (military logistics background strongly valued).
• Proficiency with GCSS-MC and standard readiness reporting tools.
• Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior USMC/SOF garrison logistics experience
• Lean Six Sigma or related certification

Responsibilities
