We are looking for a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Delta. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm). In this role, you’ll help keep things moving smoothly across our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. From preparing and sending out orders to receiving incoming shipments and keeping inventory accurate, you’ll play a key part in making sure everything gets where it needs to go—on time and in great shape. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external carriers, jump in to solve issues when they come up, and support overall warehouse operations, including organization, safety, and occasional help with production prep.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and shipping activities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of courier systems and shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Ability to review and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated record of reliability and performance.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills; willing to support team members as needed.
  • Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Punctual, dependable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Review Sales Orders and service levels to ensure on-time execution of outbound shipments.
  • Package finished goods and equipment for safe shipment to domestic and international customers.
  • Prepare accurate shipping documentation including waybills, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with courier and freight carrier representatives by phone and email to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve shipping issues.
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify Purchase Orders are received accurately in the system according to company procedures.
  • Ensure efficient product flow from receiving to designated warehouse storage locations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Cross-train as a backup to the Kitting Specialist to support material preparation and order fulfillment for production.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace that supports efficient operations (5S Methodology).
