About The Position

Annually, the Nestlé Purina team in Flagstaff proudly mass manufactures 280,000 tons of dry pet food from our Dog Chow®, Beneful®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Alpo®, and Pro Plan® brands. Our factory is also proud to do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage the daily dock schedule and yard inventory. Through your work with various leaders, you’ll help to ensure timely and accurate loading of outbound product, as well as providing loading information and completing paperwork.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of clerical/clerk experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 9PM-5AM.
Responsibilities
- Execute dock schedule
- Prioritize and distribute orders to case pickers and loaders
- Rank finish up loads and make product cuts if necessary
- Print BOLs and check out carriers
- Perform month, quarter, and year- end close
- Support forklift operators with product availability and inventory maintenance requests
- Coordinate inbound carriers with guards and coordinate dock door PM with maintenance
