About The Position

New Era Cap, LLC. is hiring a Logistics Freight Auditor for its downtown Buffalo, NY headquarters. This full-time, temporary position is estimated to last six months and is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role performs secondary audits and analysis of freight invoices and spend across Parcel, LTL, Truckload, and Freight Forwarder accounts after initial processing by the company’s primary Freight Auditing Company. The position works closely with Transportation, Finance, Accounts Payable, Distribution, 3PL partners, carriers, and freight forwarders to improve cost visibility and freight audit controls. The role is part of the Logistics & Distribution team, which manages product movement from factory through delivery to the end customer. The position is based entirely on-site in Buffalo, NY, with 0% to 5% domestic and/or global travel. The posted hourly pay range for candidates located in Western New York is $20.00 to $25.00. New Era describes its casual work environment as celebrating individuality and offers competitive compensation, a generous PTO policy, health and other benefits, paid parking, employee discounts on apparel and headwear, and on-site professional development opportunities.
