Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 years of experience
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas
A valid Class C license required

Responsibilities

Adjust computer generated delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries within the state load limit guidelines
Perform customer file maintenance to achieve effective and efficient and cost savings
Communicate with sales teams to ensure product delivery
Utilize Road/Net reporting mechanism to promote delivery efficiencies and cost savings
Keep an updated working status on Mobile/Cast equipment
Monitor Mobile/Cast to ensure proper use and appropriate route trips
Immediately report any changes that occur on trucks due to mechanical failure to the Transportation Manager and night loading crew
Submit case deliveries by driver to software for payroll
Keep track of driver shortages
Validate all CSR s time sheets for completion
Immediately report any safety hazards, injury, illness, or unsafe work conditions to the appropriate managers
Perform other related duties as assigned
