About The Position

DP World is hiring an L2 Logistics Coordinator for its locations in Chandler, Goodyear, and El Mirage, Arizona. The role supports customer order lifecycles and inbound and outbound operations through customer service, reporting, order processing, planning, scheduling, and coordination. The successful candidate will work with customer control tower staff, customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders, while helping meet performance requirements and customer inventory expectations.

Requirements

• Customer service background in logistics or planning.
• Ability to build customer relationships and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong emphasis on Excel for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to adapt and work in an ever-changing, high-stress environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Excel VLOOKUPs and PivotTables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations, and day-to-day reports throughout the customer order lifecycle.
• Build a close working relationship with Key Account control tower staff by understanding and meeting their day-to-day business requirements.
• Complete and submit customer and carrier performance reports weekly or monthly, on time and with accurate content.
• Schedule, plan, and coordinate activities supporting inbound and outbound product operations.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Set up orders using the preferred internal system, including through EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed in a timely manner to meet KPI requirements.
• Help monitor and ensure inventory levels meet customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
