About The Position

Nixon Power Services is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support Aftermarket Operations. The role supports fulfillment, ordering, procurement, and billing of parts for Service, Sales, and over-the-counter customers. Logistics Coordinators collaborate with one another and communicate across departments to help deliver premium customer service. The ideal candidate is motivated, works well across teams, is willing to learn and grow, and exercises good judgment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative in daily duties and projects.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Research and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Suite programs.

Nice To Haves

Two to three years of warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Draw and stage parts from inventory for Service Technicians.
Maintain parts inventory stock levels.
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
Identify, sort, locate, and transfer parts for Sales and Services teams.
Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts.
Track orders to avoid shipping delays to customers.
Enter customer data and vendor purchase orders, with an emphasis on inventory control.
Research parts availability.
Identify vendors for purchase opportunities.
Provide purchase orders or payment methods for procurement.
Promptly process customer orders by phone or email.
Manage customer billing and orders.
Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.
Load and unload trucks with a forklift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
