About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate and assist management with the movement of our members’ household goods and personal effects. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills, with a background in the transportation industry.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork, multitasking, resourceful and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Transportation and moving experience required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

  • Customer Service skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and assist customers with their move of household goods and personal effects.
  • Answering phones, typing activities, data entry, reviewing and validating customer documentation.
