About The Position

ITS Logistics is seeking a high-energy individual to join its growing organization as a Logistics Associate (LA). This role offers a career opportunity in the supply chain and logistics industry and does not require prior logistics or supply chain experience. The company provides up to two weeks of paid training to prepare new hires for the role. As a member of a logistics brokerage team, the LA supports client logistics coordination and communication. The position reports directly to the Strategic Account Manager and works closely with other brokerage team members.

Requirements

At least one year of administrative or data entry experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Above-average attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Track shipments through their lifecycle using technology systems to provide customers with visibility.
Maintain excellence in data integrity.
Provide timely customer service, including shipment status updates, customer communications, and updates to customer portals.
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments at pre-arranged facilities.
Collect paperwork and ensure records are updated appropriately.
Organize team documents and standard operating procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
