Quinault Community Health & Quinault Wellness Cent•Aberdeen, WA
•$21 - $29•Onsite

About The Position

Quinault Community Health and Quinault Wellness Center are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to support healthcare operations. The role serves as a central logistics and receiving point for both organizations, coordinating ordering, purchasing, receiving, tracking, distribution, and shipping across locations. The coordinator works with department managers, staff, vendors, and carriers to ensure orders are processed correctly and supplies reach the appropriate departments on time. The position maintains accurate records, monitors centrally managed supplies, supports efficient logistics systems, and keeps receiving, storage, and distribution areas organized and clean. Some departments manage their own inventory and place their own orders; for those departments, the coordinator handles logistics connections such as receiving and processing deliveries, tracking shipments, communicating arrival information, and coordinating distribution without assuming responsibility for departmental inventory.

  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials distribution.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to process orders accurately, monitor supply levels, track shipments, and maintain appropriate documentation.
