About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator. The role coordinates freight and supports fulfillment and distribution operations, with an emphasis on import operations, global logistics, and Customs Compliance. It also maintains operating procedures, works with carriers and vendors to resolve freight issues, and uses operational data to support process improvements and business growth. Korean/English bilingual ability is a plus.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred, particularly in ocean import.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn logistics operations quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate openly and effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency.
Strong work ethic.
Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Strong customer orientation and negotiating skills.
Background in import operations, global logistics, and Customs Compliance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual English/Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
Manage and support fulfillment and distribution activities.
Maintain SOPs and work instructions, promote operational best practices aligned with customer requirements, and ensure SOP compliance.
Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal team members, and help resolve freight problems.
Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and support continuous process improvements.
Evaluate logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
