About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator - Liquid Bulk will be responsible for entering, planning, and tracking Liquid Bulk shipments through a TMS software, managing the relationship between transportation carriers and customers. This role involves supervising assigned orders, reporting any delays or issues to customers, and assisting in cold calling potential customers and transportation carriers. The coordinator will also prepare operational and financial reports for upper management and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Liquid Bulk transportation industry a must!
• Customer service experience
• Ability to give accurate rates for customer orders.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Computer skills and the working knowledge of logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• BS/BA in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or relevant Liquid Bulk work experience.
• Revenova TMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter, plan, and track Liquid Bulk shipment(s), through a TMS software, between transportation carriers and customer(s).
• Supervise and manage current assigned orders and report effectively to the customer of any delays/issues.
• Assist in cold calling potential customers and transportation carriers through e-mails and phone calls.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for upper management.
• Perform any other tasks and duties assigned by the Senior Logistics Coordinator.
