AGS Logistics – Service Strategy is a global team focused on transforming logistics operations through Network Optimization, Automation, and AI/ML-driven solutions. We partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain, delivering innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and business impact. As part of the AGS Logistics - Service Strategy team, you will contribute to transforming global logistics and warehouse operations through AI/ML, Simulation, and Network Optimization initiatives. You will work on high-impact business problems, leveraging data and technology to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

AI/ML fundamentals and model development.
Gen AI/ RAG /LLM tools
Data mining, data analytics, and statistical analysis.
Python, SQL, Process Mining and Simulation tools and related analytics tools.
Operations Research, Optimization, and Simulation techniques.
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Bachelors Degree in Data Science / Business Analytics / CS / Statistics / Data Analytics / AIML
GPA of 3.25 or above preferred

Responsibilities

Support AI/ML and data-driven solutions for logistics and warehouse operations.
