The AGS Logistics team runs Warehouse operations across North America, mainly covering 1 CDC and 20 logical plant locations across 9 regions in the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Management, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Analyze actual results versus plan
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Support AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and financial modeling
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow
  • Perform variance analysis
  • Track key business KPIs
  • Develop recommendations for improving financial performance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Develop dashboards and management presentations
  • Provide insights to leadership teams
  • Support executive reviews
  • Monitor operating expense (OPEX) spending
  • Track capital expenditures (CAPEX)
  • Ensure spending aligns with approved plans
  • Recommend cost-saving opportunities
  • Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Accounting
  • Support strategic decisions using financial data
  • Evaluate business cases and investment requests
  • Participating in cross-functional projects
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies
  • Support audits
  • Perform reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
  • Maintain financial documentation and evidence repositories
