Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Data Science / Business Analytics / CS / Statistics / Data Analytics / AIML
GPA of 3.25 or above preferred
AI/ML fundamentals and model development.
Gen AI/ RAG /LLM tools
Data mining, data analytics, and statistical analysis.
Python, SQL, Process Mining and Simulation tools and related analytics tools.
Operations Research, Optimization, and Simulation techniques.
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Support AI/ML and data-driven solutions for logistics and warehouse operations.
Analyze large datasets using data mining, analytics, and visualization tools to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Develop and evaluate network optimization models to improve supply chain efficiency and service performance.
Build and run simulation models to assess operational scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and implement scalable solutions.
Contribute to automation initiatives that enhance operational productivity and visibility.
