About The Position

Support Smooth Shipping and Logistics as an Expogistics (Logistics) Associate. Are you ready to help coordinate and manage seamless logistics for world-class events? The Expo Group is seeking an Expogistics Associate to assist with tracking, billing, and ensuring the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments. This hybrid, part-time role based in our Las Vegas, NV or Irving, TX office, plays a critical part in delivering top-notch exhibitor and attendee experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with price charts by region and zones.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to handle long hours, including weekends and nights, when necessary.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of transactions using Excel and SharePoint.
Coordinate schedules with team members and carriers to ensure consistency.
Inspect inbound shipment conditions on-site to confirm readiness before exhibitor move-in.
Operate the service desk during events to ensure freight is labeled and processed correctly.
Communicate with exhibitors regarding freight status throughout transit.
Travel to local show sites as needed and occasionally out of town.
