About The Position

Logistics Assistants support the BIE "Ehsaas" production team with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks, including runner duties and food/coffee coordination during production days. On 10/16 specifically, this role also covers setup at The Loft and coordinating traffic/transport between The Loft and David Friend Recital Hall.

Requirements

• Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
• Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program. Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled. In this case, the student must be pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester. This exception does not apply to fall or spring semesters.
• Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
• Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
• A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Students in their first semester can work, even though they do not have an official GPA until the completion of their first semester.
• Federal Work Study student may apply.
• In good disciplinary standing.
• Must be located in the U.S.
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual for assigned shift windows
• Able to multitask and handle small logistics/admin tasks independently
• Available for shifts that may fall outside standard daytime hours (any before/after normal building hours will be coordinated with Berklee Security)

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day coordination and small admin tasks (printouts, materials prep, etc.)
• Run food/coffee coordination during production shifts
• On 10/16: assist with setup at The Loft, and coordinate traffic/transport between The Loft and David Friend Recital Hall
• Support communication between the production team, venues, and supervisors
• Flex across specific shifts between October 2-30, 2026 based on the day's schedule and own class schedule
