About The Position

Carson Air Ltd. is a dynamic aviation company headquartered in Kelowna, with bases in Vancouver, Calgary, Prince George, and Fort St. John. For more than 30 years, we have provided essential services through long standing, and long-term contracts including Air Ambulance operations, Cargo, and pilot training. As a subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation (EIC), we form part of a diverse group of Canadian air operators. We are looking for a motivated team player who is ready to grow and support our fast-paced aviation environment. This position is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity to provide coverage during a maternity leave. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This position is based in Kelowna and follows a Monday-to-Friday flexible schedule, and it represents an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is seeking hands-on exposure to aviation procurement, coordination, and logistics planning within a dynamic operational environment. Responsibilities

  • Tracking incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Coordinating logistics activities
  • Managing repairs with external vendors
  • Ensuring that all required maintenance and repair work performed by outside vendors is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
