About The Position

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is seeking an Exploration and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation. Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in exploration camp logistics, mining operations, or related field.
Practical hands-on ability to troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues.
Experience with invoicing, accruals, and administrative coordination.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
Ability to work in remote locations and travel to field sites as required.
Valid drivers license.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for exploration programs, including equipment, transportation, accommodations, and supplies.
Schedule travel and manage site accommodations for field teams.
Support field operations by ensuring equipment and supplies are available as needed.
Maintain site services and exploration equipment, including power, water, heating, and cooling systems.
Assist with logistical planning and forecasting for current and upcoming exploration programs.
Ensure adequate space, core shack access, and core saw availability to support drilling activities.
Coordinate satellite camp setup, transportation, and infrastructure installation as required.
Track expenses, process invoicing and accruals, and prepare reports for leadership.
Manage work orders, supply orders, and notifications in SAP.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide equipment and safety training to exploration staff where applicable.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Exploration Superintendent.
