About The Position

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is seeking an Exploration and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation. Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in exploration camp logistics, mining operations, or related field.
  • Practical hands-on ability to troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues.
  • Experience with invoicing, accruals, and administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to work in remote locations and travel to field sites as required.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for exploration programs, including equipment, transportation, accommodations, and supplies.
  • Schedule travel and manage site accommodations for field teams.
  • Support field operations by ensuring equipment and supplies are available as needed.
  • Maintain site services and exploration equipment, including power, water, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Assist with logistical planning and forecasting for current and upcoming exploration programs.
  • Ensure adequate space, core shack access, and core saw availability to support drilling activities.
  • Coordinate satellite camp setup, transportation, and infrastructure installation as required.
  • Track expenses, process invoicing and accruals, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Manage work orders, supply orders, and notifications in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide equipment and safety training to exploration staff where applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Exploration Superintendent.
